Grunk 7

Oh my goodness...what a weekend!!! We had an excellent turnout at this years Grunk 7's tournament and from all the feedback we've gotten it seems that everyone had a GREAT time and can't wait to return next year!! Thank you to everyone who participated & to those of you who worked hard to make this event happen. In addition, THANK YOU to everyone that brought a toy to donate to those children in need this Christmas season!!! The point of the Grunk 7's tournament is to come together as ruggers to enjoy a great day of rugby and fun while giving back to our community. Thanks to all the teams and individuals who made this year a huge success!

Congrats to: USC Women and Olde Grey Men for being the tournament Champions!!

In other tournament news: The Bombshells played in their 1st Grunk 7's tourney this year and we had a BLAST!! Our claim to fame was beating Savannah in our 2nd match against them!!! BUT, the highlight of the tourney for the Bombshells was that we started off the tournament playing our 1st match against the "Hooters Girls" which turned out to be our VERY OWN Olde Grey Ruggers dressed up as Hooters Girls (complete w/ balloon boobs, girly socks, headbands and silly string) & good ol' Kremlick the Ref!!!
