Happy Thanksgiving!!!I hope you and your family had a wonderful Turkey Day. My friend Allison and her hubby Charles hosted T-day at their house and it was YUMMMMYYY!!! I posted a pic of the "yard bird" we had for dinner. It was delicious and I was in a GF heaven w/ mashed taters, my momma's sweet tater casserole, 7 layer salad, green beans and lots of red wine. And let's not forget my momma made me a GF pumpkin pie. It was so tasty I had some for breakfast this morning w/ my cup of coffee. YEP, I think i've decided thanksgiving dinner is one of my most favorite meals b/c it's so GF friendly. I'm off to eat some leftovers.....
