According to the NCAA website, they have launched a campaign in conjunction with USA Rugby called "Ten by 2010". The purpose of this initiative is to increase the number of women's NCAA rugby teams. Included in this campaign are grants up to $5,000 to help develop new women's rugby programs. So, if you're a NCAA school and you're looking to start a women's collegiate rugby team you should follow-up on this and be a part of an emerging sport for women!!!
