One of the best rugby phrases ever is "Go South or Go Home". This pertains to the USA Rugby South Senior Women's All-Star team. This past Sunday this amazing team of women played the West in Marietta, GA. Yes to those of us from around those parts this is in fact the "home of the big chicken". However, on this fine Sunday, the South Women beat the West 26-12! AWESOME job ladies!!!!
In addition four South (MidSouth LAU) ladies were announced to the WNT U20 team this weekend. Congratulations to Candace Barley, Erin LeGate, Brooke LeGate, and Ima Isang (alternate).
Next stop: Raleigh NC versus MARFU Developmental on May 10.
