This Thursday the Executive Board of the IOC (International Olympic Committee) will meet in Berlin as a follow-up to the meeting that was held in June to discuss the seven sports (Rugby Sevens, Golf, Karate, Squash, Roller Sports, Softball and Baseball) that are each fighting for a slot to be added to the summer games in 2016. The purpose of Thursday's meeting is to narrow the list of seven to two which they will then recommend for acceptance into the Olympic program for the 2016 Games. Read more here:
