4th Annual "DAWGS FEEDING DAWGS" Campaign....

Once again, I'll be heading up & running the annual "Dawgs Feeding Dawgs" campaign starting TODAY. This will be the fourth year that UGA Alumni chapters have joined together all across the country to make a difference for animals in their communities. Last year over 13,400 pounds of food was collected and donated to animal shelters across the country in honor of Uga VII and in memory of Uga VI. This year our goal is seven tons (14,000 pounds).

For the next 12 weeks (Sept. 5th - Nov. 21st), I'll be collecting pet food, monetary donations and SPCA wish list items (contact me for a copy of the wish list) in support of this project. I will then follow tradition by donating everything collected to the SPCA the week of Thanksgiving. This is one of my most favorite community service projects that I participate in each year and I hope you'll considering joining me in this effort.
