For the past couple of weeks, I have been averaging 3-5 mile runs a few days a week in hopes that this will help me when the real training for "Team In Training" kicks off next week. So far it's been going well. I had a minor set-back earlier this week when my left quad got angry. But after rest, heat, ice, massage, Tiger Balm & Voltaren it seems to be much better today. I ran a solid 5k (3miles) today and it felt pretty good. We'll see how it holds up tomorrow on the long run.
I run with my LEGS that were saved, with
my HEART that is full of love & laughter and
with my MIND that keeps me trotting onward.
I RUN for those who can't.

mile after mile as I trot onward in their memory.
