Hey Turtle, learn to hydrate w/out choking on your electrolytes!

Had a great run "long" run today.  There's a route near my house that I have named Hella Hills, or on days like today when it's hot n' humid I call it Satan's Hills.  But, despite how many un-ladylike words I say along the way, it really is a good training route.  And  parts of it are lovely as it's a back-country road with farmland, wild flowers, etc.  Today I had 2 butterflies that swooped past me at two different times along the route & there's a horse that always gives me a stare as I trot by.  Today he stomped his hoof @ me as if to say "onward Turtle, onward".  So onward I went (downhill in oooooo, la lahhhh I might add).     

As I train for this big event, I'm learning lots of tips.  Some I'm learning by accident, other via research and the rest from fellow runners & my Team In Training teammates/coaches.  Today I learned I need to drink my electrolytes &/or water without allowing it to go down the wrong pipe or drooling down my chin.  What can I say, I take running classy to a whole new level.
