ICE BATHS on a BUDGET!!!!

I'm a social worker & I'm poor.  So this is my rendition of an affordable ice bath.  If you are an athlete and you have not yet experienced the love/hate relationship that an ice bath provides, you need to up your standards.  

Ahhhhhhhhhhh.....(that's my muscles talking after overcoming the initial torture of stepping into ice cold water)
